Device Grading Details
Our grading system is designed to provide a clear and consistent understanding of each device's cosmetic and functional condition. Every unit is evaluated through a structured inspection process and assigned a grade from A to E based on appearance, performance, and component integrity.
Grade A – Like New
Grade A devices are in near-perfect cosmetic and functional condition. They show little to no visible signs of use and operate exactly as intended. All features, including biometric functions (Face ID / Touch ID where applicable), cameras, buttons, and connectivity systems are fully functional.

Grade B – Excellent
Grade B devices are fully functional and professionally tested. They may show very minor cosmetic signs of use, such as light surface scratches that are not immediately noticeable during normal use. All major features, including display quality, biometric functions (where applicable), cameras, and hardware components, operate properly with no performance issues.

Grade C – Minor Wear
Grade C devices are fully operational and structurally sound. They show visible cosmetic wear such as light scratches or minor marks on the screen or housing. All primary functions perform as expected, including display, cameras, buttons, and connectivity. Cosmetic imperfections do not affect performance.

Grade D – Heavy Wear
Grade D devices power on and remain fully usable. They show noticeable cosmetic wear, which may include heavier scratches, scuffs, or signs of extended use. The display remains functional and clear. All essential features operate, making the device suitable for everyday use despite cosmetic imperfections.
