Refund Policy for MobiSource
At Mobiphix, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service to all our customers and partners. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and our goal is to resolve them quickly and fairly through our store-credit-based refund policy.
1. No Cash Refunds – Store Credit Only
As a B2B wholesale supplier, Mobiphix does not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are compensated through store credits, which can be easily redeemed on future orders with no expiry date.
2. Eligibility for Return or Credit
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Installed, damaged, or liquid-affected products are not eligible. Returns are accepted only after QC approval.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact: 📧 info@mobisource.ca or message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number, product name, and clear photos/videos. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit accordingly.
4. Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is caused by Mobiphix. A tracking number is required for all returns. Mobiphix is not responsible for lost or untracked shipments.
5. Warranty-Related Returns
All products are covered under our Lifetime Functionality Warranty. If a product fails under normal use (without physical or liquid damage), a replacement or store credit will be issued after inspection.
