These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Website and Services. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services. The Website and Services are intended for business use only. MobiSource operates as a B2B wholesale supplier and does not provide services directly to consumers. These Terms include important provisions regarding limitations of liability, disclaimers, intellectual property rights, acceptable use, and dispute resolution. All matters relating to your access to or use of the Website and Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada. By using the Website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. MobiSource operates strictly as a B2B wholesale supplier. All sales are intended for registered businesses, repair shops, service centers, and resellers. We do not sell directly to end consumers.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. MobiSource reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion. Pricing, product availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed according to the agreed terms before shipment. Bulk pricing and wholesale rates are available to approved business partners.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and order volume. MobiSource is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

MobiSource does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are compensated through store credit only, subject to our Refund Policy. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products are covered under our Lifetime Functionality Warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not apply to products that are physically damaged, improperly installed, or affected by liquid damage. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Wholesale repair services are provided based on agreed terms and service scope. Turnaround times, warranty coverage, and pricing may vary depending on repair volume and service agreement.

Participation in the LCD Buyback Program is subject to inspection and grading standards. Final credit or value is determined after quality evaluation of returned LCDs.

MobiSource is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of MobiSource and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

MobiSource reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
